To download emergency calls, select an emergency health service in the top left dropdown list and click the Download data button right next to it to download the corresponding csv file. In this file, each line corresponds to a call with the columns corresponding, from left to right, to the day of the call, the time, the priority of the call (high, intermediate, low), the latitude, the longitude, the gender, the hospital, the type of problem, the time the ambulance spent on the scene of the accident, the time the ambulance waited at the hospital before being available, the age of the patient, and the district.
The filters below allow to choose a time window (set of dates and times during the day), hospitals (the hospital the patient was brought to), an emergency type, age groups, genders, districts, and priorities. For the set of selected filters, clicking the Apply filters button displays the number of calls as a function of time (for the selected time windows). The corresponding filtered data can be downloaded clicking on the Download data button at the bottom of the figure.
