Emergency calls forecast

This section provides forecast scenarios for emergency calls. There are two types of forecast models, described in the section Forecast Models, called No regression and Regression. For each type of models, we both use time and space discretization. The time discretization is given by time windows of 30 mins while the user can choose among different discretizations denoted by: Rect 10 (regular space discretization into 10x10=100 rectangles), Uber 7 (discretization in hexagones provided by Uber discretization library with scale parameter 7), and District (the districts of Rio de Janeiro). Three types of visualizations can be selected after selecting several filters: heatmap of the intensities, histogram of the distribution of calls, and line plot (providing mean and 0.05 and 0.95-quantiles of the number of calls).
